CB Skin Daily Foaming Cleanser
Background info
I’ve been using the foaming cleanser regularly for over two weeks now. I’ve been using it along side the CB Skin AHA toner and CB Skin hyaluronic acid serum (see individual products for my reviews on those items). I wanted to give it a really good try before I reviewed it, even though I usually know from first few tries if my skin likes a product.
What I usually use
I generally use Clinique, Clarins, Sarah Chapman & Pixi Beauty, products as some of my staple favourites. So I have a good selection to compare CurrentBody Skin with.
First impressions and consecutive ones too
After opening the hyaluronic acid serum, and finding it in a glass bottle, my initial thoughts were, ‘shouldn’t this be in a glass bottle too’.
As I get more and more environmentally friendly I do question packaging of products and product containers and how environmentally recyclable they are.
So I’d prefer all the CB Skin range to be available in glass bottles or jars.
How it smells
An important factor for me is how something smells, as I am extremely sensitive to perfumes, even the finest of perfumes and even some essential oil aromas too, Can make me extremely unwell.
One if the main ingredients in this cleanser is coconut, which I actually don’t like and can make me feel quite nauseated. However, on my first smell and during use I couldn’t detect any overwhelming smell of coconut or anything; the smell was very subtle and easily tolerated.
